Documents You Will Need
If you are buying, refinancing or applying for an equity loan, you may need the following documents:

1. If you are salaried: provide the last two years W-2 and one month of pay-stubs.
2. If you are self employed: provide last two years tax returns and YTD profit and loss statement.
3. Two months statements from you bank, stock, and mutual fund accounts.
4. Provide a copy of your stock brokerage or IRA/401k accounts that you have.
5. Provide a copy of your divorce decree if applicable.
6. If not a citizen, provide us with a copy of your green card (front & back), or if you are not a permanent resident provide us with your -1 or L-1 Visa.
7. Provide us with your Declarations Page from your Homeowner's (Hazard) Insurance.

Being prepared with your documents, will allow us to speed up your loan approval.
